Nice atmosphere with a refreshing courtyard, though some noise from neighbors was a bit distracting. The staff were generally friendly and bags could be stored after checkout, which was very convenient.

exceptionally nice location to get to popular bangkok attractions thanks to a ferry port near the hotel. good choice of places to visit, such as restaurants and bars near the venue.

A bit old hotel, nevertheless with informative staff and good wi-fi. Central location, not too far from Sanam Luang Park. Cheap and comfortable room, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Good own bathroom...

The location is fantastic with nearby markets and local restaurants. The private courtyard is beautifully adorned with greenery. Plus, it's just a short walk from several temples and the Royal Palace, providing great accessibility for sightseeing.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited and could use improvement.

Well priced great budget hotel. Excellent location for our visit to Sanam Luang Square around 10-15 minutes walk from the property. Walking distance to a night market and a market across the street.

The shower had a weak stream and the ants in my room were a delight! I also expected a warm welcome but received none, no room upgrade for my troubles. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. Save yourself the misery and find someplace better.

We loved the spacious rooms and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the courtyard filled with greenery. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. There's plenty to do nearby, and we found some great local restaurants to try. Playing games in the lobby was a fun bonding time with my family.
My kids wished for more options in breakfast.

The property was quirky and perfect, providing us with an excellent stay. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, just as we expected. The location was super central, especially near the restaurant. Plus, the attached restaurant serves great coffee and delicious food.
